Weinick’s Article Published in Nassau Lawyer

The January 2016 edition of the Nassau County Bar Association’s newspaper, Nassau Lawyer, features an article written by Famighetti & Weinick, PLLC partner, Matt Weinick.  Weinick wrote about three recent cases decided by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals which clarified the pleading standard for employment discrimination complaints.  This publication marks the third year in a row that the Nassau Lawyer chose an article written by Weinick for publication.  The January edition is available here with Weinick’s article appearing at page 7.
